Of course, that's only part of the process. Kaleidoscopes are really all about the image, and I have to admit that I have devoted many, many hours developing and experimenting with lampworking techniques, focusing on how to control what is a completely random sequence of patterns. The resulting images have gotten better and better with every subsequent kaleidoscope. A consequence of this personal attention to every piece is that no two scopes are alike. And even after 30 years I still love doing my work.
I realize how hard it is to buy a kaleidoscope unseen, but I have confidence in my work and have no problem guaranteeing satisfaction. If for any reason you don't like your selection, all it will cost you is the return shipping, as long as it is returned to me in its original condition within a week or two.
